Business Accounts

Business accounts can be used for a range of different purposes. The main use is a business everyday account which you use to make transactions in and out of. This usually doesn't give much interest, and it needn't as you don't use it as a normal savings account. The list below includes only surplus accounts which are used to put extra funds into which you wish to save or make money from the interest, if you have enough.

They usually come with various strings attached such as, must be linked to a business everyday account (which does cost money). Or you must have a certain amount in there and cannot withdraw for the month to achieve a certain level of interest (or Bonus Interest). We thus recommend you always check the features and requirements of every account before making a decision, as well as always consulting with the bank itself.
